Welcome to Shri Krishna Stone, a trusted name in sandstone temples, stone handicrafts, and customized carving work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rules, limitations, and responsibilities for both our customers and our company.
1. Order Booking and Confirmation
All products and projects are made to order. Customers are required to contact us directly to discuss their requirements, product details, and pricing before booking an order. Once the order is confirmed and work has started, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellation and No Return Policy
Because our products are handcrafted and customized, we do not offer any return or cancellation option once work has started. Every item is created uniquely for each customer, and therefore it cannot be reused or resold.
- No returns will be accepted after order confirmation.
- No cancellations will be accepted once production begins.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
3. Replacement Policy
We do not offer free replacements. However, in special cases, if replacement is agreed upon, it will be subject to charges.
Replacement charges include:
- Delivery charges (both ways).
- 5% of the product cost as replacement fee.
Please note: replacements are offered only for specific issues and must be approved by our team in writing.
4. Damaged Items
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping, handling, or installation.

- Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
- In case of visible damage, the delivery should be refused, and immediate proof (photos/videos) must be shared with us.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines vary depending on the size and type of the order. While we make every effort to deliver products on time, delays may occur due to transportation issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Shri Krishna Stone is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Product Variations
All our products are handcrafted using natural sandstone. As sandstone is a natural material, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the natural beauty of the stone.
Customers should understand that handcrafted work may have slight differences from catalog or sample images.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and installation charges (if applicable) will be extra.

8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, and content on the Shri Krishna Stone website are the property of the company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shri Krishna Stone shall not be held responsible for:
- Any direct or indirect loss caused by product delays.
- Damages caused during transportation or installation.
- Variations in stone color, size, or texture.
